Statutory Warranty Rights Apply: Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights, ensuring their protection and satisfaction with their purchases.

Inspection and Complaints: It is imperative for customers to promptly inspect items upon delivery for completeness and obvious defects. Any complaints should be reported to us as soon as possible to ensure timely resolution. Failure to do so does not affect the customer’s legal warranty claims.

Quality of Item: The quality of the item is determined solely by our own information and the manufacturer’s product description. Other advertisements, public promotions, or manufacturer’s statements are not binding.

Warranty Period: Our warranty period extends for the lifetime of the product. Within the initial 30 days of delivery, customers may obtain a replacement for defective goods free of charge. After this period, a handling fee of £5 will be charged.

Acceptance of Delivery: Customers are considered to have accepted delivery unless they reject it due to major defects severely restricting use or making it impossible. Delivery may not be refused for insignificant defects.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper operation, unauthorized modifications, inadequate organizational means, or use in environments not meeting specified requirements. Unusual use, operating conditions, or interventions attributable to customers or third parties are also excluded.

Remedy of Defects: In the event of a defective delivery, the seller may choose to rectify the defect or provide a replacement without defects. In the latter case, the customer must return the defective merchandise as per legal provisions.
